30-Day Return Window

Return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

How to Return

1. Email support@wellnest.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened personal care devices, skincare tools, and final sale items cannot be returned.
